Managing Director, Founder: Omar AL Mubarak

With 14 years’ experience in the cleaning industry, Omar Almubarak founded MTCS in May 2001, after a successful career in corporate manufacturing and Government enterprise. Almost two decades ago, Omer identified a real opportunity to offer Australian businesses high quality, value for money cleaning and Trolley services, delivered through a professional, well-managed and innovative service provider. Through Omar’s vision, passion and entrepreneurial drive, the foundation was quickly laid for Omer and the MTCS team to develop and grow the business into the company it is today. Holding true to these core values, Omar is proud of the fact he still gets a thrill out of being actively involved in making a real difference to the MTCS customer experience.

Victoria Operations Manager: Ali Elhag

Ali joined the MTCS team in 2010, after 15 years’ experience in corporate environments and working his way to senior management roles within the Australian Non-profited Organizations. Ali’s has all the exceptional qualities it takes to professionally manage MTCS Victoria operations. He has an innate understanding of the careful balance required to effectively manage a large team, and at the same time satisfy client needs. Ali’s ability to communicate on many different levels, and with all types of people, makes him a very valued leader. Ali’s positive and upbeat personality has been instrumental in the building of a strong and closely knit team.

Administrations Manager: Jane Marshall

Jane Joined MTCS team in 2008, after 35 years’ experience in administrations working her way to management within Advertising, Publishing, manufacturing, zoological and chauffeur limousine industries. Jane has brought to MTCS good customer service experience, human resources office administration skills covering all aspects of ensuring an office is managed maintains a passionate emphasis on the best possible customer service outcomes. She is a strong driving force in ensuring the MTCS management team truly understands the customer’s needs and that the customer is central to everything we do. With his vast knowledge of business strategies and company high performance best practices, Jane is a key player in supporting the MTCS management team with business performance strategy.

OH&S / Quality Assurance Manager: Adil Abdalla

Abdalla joined the team in 2014 after 11 years in occupation health & safety and quality Assurance. Abdulla a highly organised, outcome-driven and motivated professional with solid experience in OH&S responsible for developing and implementing OH&S and risk management initiatives, both site-specific and across the business. Abdalla responsibility to ensure that all OH&S systems are up-to-date and adhered to by all employees also conduct hazard identification, risk assessments, safety audits and accident and injury investigations, and assess workers’ compensation claims. A big part of Abdalla job is to conduct OH&S training across the business, covering chemical and manual handling, first aid, PPE, emergency procedures and other safe work practices in line with industry codes of practice. Abdalla qualified, with a Diploma of OH&S, Diploma of Management and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
